The serial time number of the time derived from the range cannot exceed 0.9999884 representing 23:59:59. If the formatted time within the string exceeds 23:59:59, the value returned will be reduced in multiples of 24 hours until it is a value representing a time between 00:00:00 and 23:59:59. |
