Legacy File Access
Materials published before 2013 included download instructions to download accompanying course files via a zipped archive. That legacy support is no longer provided, and files may only be accessed via the user file browser.
Should you require assistance with accessing those files, please raise a support ticket and we will contact you with the access instructions. Please include in the ticket the materials code published on the bottom of each page and the venue and timing when you attended the course.
Non Members
Some limited support is available to non-subscribers who aren't alumni or current students. You can submit a support ticket and make your request.
